Quick and easy chicken pot pie

Cover

Are you looking for a quick and easy recipe that you can throw together for dinner?   I’ve got just the thing…..

Now remember, this is not gourmet or really complex or fancy.  This is easy…..quick….and SO SO GOOD!   When feeding my family, I try and make meals that are quick, easy and something that they all will love.

There are days when my cooking is a little more detail, but this recipe is for the days when you need a quick in the oven and on the table and you don’t want to order pizza.

So this recipe for us is a big hit at our house!

Here are the ingredients:

2 to 5 lbs of boneless chicken (depending on your family size)

1 large can Cream of Chicken Soup  (26 oz.)

1 large bag of frozen mixed vegetables  (or save your left over veggies from the week)

Cubed up potatoes or can of cubed potatoes or cream of potato soup

Bisquick

salt & pepper

Here’s how you put it all together:

CPP1

1.     First steam up your vegetables

2.   Boil your chicken breast & then cut up into cubes

CPP4

3.  Mix together steamed vegetables, potatoes, cubed chicken & cream of chicken soup

(will look like picture above)

CPP34.  Next mix of Bisquick according to the box directions (should say biscuits)

CPP55.  Next spoon on dropfuls of mixed biscuit mix in different areas of the dish.

CPP66.  Finally bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly on 375 degrees.   Enjoy!
