Crispy Cheesy Chicken

When it comes to my meals, I LOVE making things my family enjoy and that are easy and simple to make.  I also try for the most part to keep it healthy as possible too!

This recipe is

just the ticket!  If you eat a lot of chicken at your house and are tired of cooking it the same old way, then try out this recipe on your family this week.  The first time I cooked it, they all just fell in love with it.  So did I!  It is so moist and the sauce on top is just perfect.

Here are the ingredients of what you will need:

  • 4 to 8 boneless chicken breast (depending on the size of your family)
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ritz crackers (or no-name brand-  2 sleeves crushed)
  • milk
  • cream of chicken condensed soup  (10 ounces)
  • sour cream (2 tablespoons)
  • butter (2 tablespoons)

Here is how you  put together this delicious and easy chicken recipe that your family will ask for again and again:

Step #1   take your chicken and dip in entirely in milk

Step #2 roll your chicken in the cheddar cheese (trying to make a lot of it stick)

Step #3 roll your chicken into crushed Ritz crackers and press firmly so they stick to the outside.

Step #4 place chicken on a coated pan to bake.

Step #5 bake on 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown

Step #6  while baking heat up 10 oz of cream of chicken sauce with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and a 2 tablespoons of butter.  Heat very slowly.

Step #7  after chicken is baked top each chicken breast with the chicken cream sauce.

This chicken recipe goes with any sides your family enjoys like rice or potatoes and don’t forget your veggies!!

If you want to try this recipe it, why not “pin” it

I just saw your post on meeting Kelly Bates that you linked up on the Raising Homemakers site but the comments were already turned off. I was there with you that Sunday at the Bates and really enjoyed meeting you!
