Healthy Chocolate Shake


When it’s the middle of the summer and it’s hot and humid….there is nothing like a cool treat to help give you a refreshing pick me up!

The bonus to this is, it’s rather healthy and very simple to make!

Here are the few ingredients needed to make this quick, easy & healthy chocolate shake:

(by the way it taste just like a Wendy’s Frosty)

  •  Chocolate Almond Milk
  • Ice Tray to freeze the Almond Milk
  • Reduced fat whipped cream OR fat free whipped cream
  • Blender

This is how you whip up your delicious chocolate shake:

Put all frozen cubes of Chocolate Almond Milk in a blender

Add a good 2 spoonfuls of whipped cream

Then pour a little more Almond Milk

Blend till smooth


Did you notice the spoonful missing?

This is SUPER easy to do and a wonderful treat at anytime of the year, especially during the hot & humid summer!
