Quick and easy lactation cookie

lactationcookies

Now that I’m back in the stage of having a newborn and nursing every two to three hours, making great snacks and meals is important to keeping a great milk supply.  Especially drinking lots of water!

I know not everyone chooses to breast feed their babies, but if you do breast feed or plan to……here is a great cookie that helps increase your milk production.   *(Side note….even if you don’t breast feed, these are some awesome tasting cookies- my family LOVES these!)

The ingredients that are known to help increase your milk are:  Oatmeal and brewers yeast.

at the bottom it indicates one cookie is the serving size. It’s rather small to see but it has a small 1 right after serving size. Enjoy!
