Hello….thanks for visiting….. my name is Jennifer and I am wife of a Pastor and mother to 8 wonderful blessings! I am a believer & follower of Jesus Christ. I am SO thankful that God loved me first. I’m also thankful that He paid my debt of sin and I’m forgiven!
I have really grown a love for writing! I desire to share my journey of being a wife, a mother, a Christian, a home-school mom, & everything that makes my house a home!
“I pray this will really encourage woman & moms where they are.”
Many moms I talk to seem to have lost their joy in the home. I’m not an expert by any means, but I’m right there in the trenches as we speak. I will share encouragement, ways to save money, recipes, organizing (this is something I work on every day- still improving) helpful tips, & also how important it is to train & raise your children for the Lord. That is an important job and the highest calling a mom has! My heart’s desire is for this blog to glorify God and minister to others! So follow along with me on this beautiful journey!
Here’s a glimpse into my life…….
This is my life and I truly LOVE it!!! Chaos at times, (well, most of the day) but I can’t complain……God is has been good to me…..
Each day is a reminder to work on cultivating contentment, joy, & a passion for what the Lord has called me to do! My mission is the home…..and together I hope we can encourage one another along the way to put smiles on our faces and enjoy everything about HOME.
Just for FUN…..

Hey! It works now! 🙂
We are the same in #s 1,2,3,4,15,16….and I don’t even have a cell phone at all yet! ha!
That is so funny,…..I had to go back and check out the numbers that we were the same in! So glad we connected. It’s fun to meet someone that has similar things in common. And I thought I was bad for not having texting yet….LOL 🙂
We have a lot in common too! I’ve taken a quick look at your blog and love what I’ve seen! I really wanted to read what you had to say about “Loving the Difficult Child”, but the link wouldn’t work. 😦 My most recent post was about our middle child, “The Most Precious Beast”. I’ll check back again sometime to see if it’ll work. I need help with that kid, ha! I subsribed and look forward to upcoming posts, as time permits. 🙂
Hello Krystle and thanks for reading and following! I hope I corrected it so it can pull up. Please check it and see if it works now. I’m not sure what the problem was….but hopefully I corrected it. Thanks for subscribing and I pray it’s an encouragement to you! Blessings to you and your family!
Hi Jennifer! You left me a comment on my blog a while ago saying you found me on Christian Mommy Blogger. Sorry it’s taken me so long to leave a comment here. I’ve visited a few times. I absolutely love your blog and I think I can gain wisdom and encouragement from your posts. I’m going to subscribe! Keep up the good work!
Thank you Joanie….I so appreciate your kind words and for taking the time to follow along. That is encouraging to me!
I’ve moved 5 times in 3 years, so I feel ya on that one! Also, my husband & I live in our camper full time. Not quite the same as an RV & we’ve only taken it to 2 different states, but close enough 😉
You have a beautiful family & I’m glad to have found you through the Meet & Greet!
Nice of you to stop by Heather! I look forward to getting to know you as well. That’s pretty exciting living in a camper…..I’m sure it’s very adventurous! Thanks for stopping by!

Beautiful family!!! Looking forward to reading more of your blog and partaking in some of your wisdom 🙂
Thank you Gigi!
I love your blog. Wonderful work! I found your post “Embracing YOUR Season” on the Modest Mom link-up and it was exactly what I needed to hear as a new stay-at-home mom.
P.S. You are never too old to run a marathon 🙂
